Contest Brief

I had a website built but I am not happy with the results.
I realized that is very hard to maintain, to modify, to add content, not very eye catching.
In admin interface is hard to read the messages (impossible actually), hard to choose which people you want to send messages to...

I need someone to build this website but make it right.

website should have fallowing CATEGORIES and subcategories:

"HOME" = "about us" + "print & sign" (admin needs to be able to add & edit this content)
"LOGIN"
"REGISTER" = needs to follow some steps: name of parent, email address, home address, phone number. (after they register, they will receive an email confirmation and the admin will receive an email confirmation too) Also, after parents register, they will have the option to add players:
When they add players, they have to add name of player, gender of player, date of birthday of the player, etc.
(admin will be able to move each player on any team he needs to do it)
When parent register child, admin will receive notification with the name of the player and with his date of birthday
"TEAMS" = U6; U8; U10; U12; U14; U16 (when you clink on them, it should show the name of players on each team, and how many spots are available for each team ( edited by admin)
"UPCOMING GAMES" = table with location , date, time, name of teams (edited by admin)
""UPCOMING PRACTICES" = Table with location, date, time, name of team, name of coach (edited by admin)
"UPCOMING CAMPS" = Table with location, date, time, name of team, name of coach (edited by admin)
"VIDEOS" & "PHOTOS" = multiple videos added by admin, multiple pictures added by admin.
All pictures needs to be auto sized!
"Facebook" button of like and share on our website


"UPCOMING TRIPS" = Table with location, date, time, name of team, name of coach (edited by admin)
"Donate" = no custom amount needed. Paypal and other FORMS OF PAYMENT (small description edited by admin)
"CONTACT US" = simple form of messaging to admin plus our phone number, our email address, our address, edited by admin

in the admin end, admin needs to be able to send messages to parents.
for new members will show a "new" in front of their name until admin send a message.
When admin moves the player to individual team, parent receives all emails regarding that team...
Admin also need to be able to send a different email to everyone without having to select the each individual parent.
Admin needs to be able to send one email to individual parent if he chooses too.
THESE EMAILS NEED TO HAVE THE WORD SCRIPT FORMAT ..... (we sent couple of long emails and was a mess.... we couldn't put any space between different sentences,... no new paragraphs .... WE NEED THAT OPTION!)
