Contest Brief

Hello designers !

I'm looking to put some eye catching spark into our Real Estate signboards for both sale and lease. Our current look signs are attached which are the standard real estate look. We generally use between 2-5 different size signboards.

2'x3' or 600 x 900mm
2'x6' or 600 x 1800mm (most used lease )
3'x4' or 900 x 1200mm
4'x6' or 1200 x1800mm
4'x8' or 1200 x 2400mm (most used sales & auction)

I've attached a sample office logo and colour codes for the green colour used. (But not limited to)

The aim is to create a fresh and modern look that is engaging and pleasing to look at. The office Logo can be either smaller or larger, it does not need to be a major factor in the design but of course needs to be there and obvious, as do the office contact details.

We encourage designers to be creative and would like to see different works and styles.
