Professional "Minimalist" Logo Design Needed

Contest Brief

We are looking for "minimalist" logo design that will re-brand our company "Parknav". This logo will help us re-brand and will guide us on all future material (website, banners, etc) we will make.

Our current logo is the file attached titled "PAKNAV.jpg". We are looking for a logo that has the same "feel" as our other company logo " ai_incube_logo_full_teal_black.png".

PLEASE LOOK AT OUR CURRENT PARKNAV LOGO. OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE IT "FLAT" AND "MINIMALIST". THIS IS VERY DIFFICULT BECAUSE THE "ROADS" CURRENTLY DO NOT LOOK GOOD "FLAT". THE GOAL IS TO TRY AND CREATE SOMETHING MINIMALIST, GEOMETRIC, SIMPLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND SIMILAR TO WHAT THE PARKNAV LOGO IS BUT USE THE MODERN FONT AND COLORS FROM THE AI INCUBE LOGO. THINGS CAN BE CHANGED IF THEY LOOK GOOD.

What we do:
- We use artificial intelligence to determine which streets will have open on-street parking. The logo will need to show this is some clever professional way.

Requirements:
- Logo must be "minimalist"
- Logo colors should be same OR match the colors from "ai_incube_logo_full_teal_black.png"
- The logo must have an "icon" and text (similar to PARKNAV.jpg attached)
- Logo should have a similar "feel" to "ai_incube_logo_full_teal_black.png" attached.
- We need 5 options + revisions
- We will need the hi-resolution vector in .ai and .eps formats 300dpi
- Logo will need to be visible and clearly readable from a banner

Some options:
- We have our current logo "PARKNAV.jpg". Maybe try to capture a similar "feel" to this logo, plus make it similar to the "ai_incube_logo_full_teal_black.png" style.
- When we made "PARKNAV.jpg" by telling a previous designer we want "curved roads" in the logo to show we guide drivers on a path to find street parking

Hi All, Here are the designs I like the best: 189 is so far the closest to our current logo with a minimalist feel. The font is also excellent! (Good job Emmanual A.). Next (in no specific order) I like 107/108, 129/133, 138/139, 167, 182/183/184/185, 189, 195/196, 199/200 (wrong colors). Again, the main goal is to create something from our original logo that is minimalist, professional and modern. It does NOT need to be exact, but we want you to think navigation for finding on-street parking!

#93 is the best so far. However, a little more about our company. We don't give specific locations for a parking space (ex. with a pin). We show which streets users should go to. Try to focus on a street/streets

So far, 22, 47, 61, 67 are my favorites, but still not quite there. Feedback: I like what 22 did with the A and V, but its the wrong font, wrong color, and doesn't have an icon. 47 is the closet so far, but I want to see other Icon choices and the correct colors. 61 is ok, but wrong font, wrong colors and no icon. 67 looks professional, but wrong colors and I want to see a few more icons.
