Contest Brief

Hello freelancers!

We're computer geeks that speak 1's and 0's really well, but we need the help of some branding and marking guru's.

A small group of us are looking to establish a new company with a primary focus of providing consulting and technology implementation services with a very heavy focus on the cloud. Our focus will be in assisting organizations with migrating to and adopting cloud services. Organizations that intend to have applications, servers, storage, etc... on-premises (as opposed to the cloud) will not be ideal clients for us.

To provide some insight into our service, here are some examples of projects we may work with clients on:
- Migrating a files/date from a local file server into the cloud.
- Manage data security and protection in the cloud
- Manage cloud-based communications and/or connect client offices securely to cloud resources.
- Performing ongoing security maintenance and upgrades for applications hosted in the cloud.

What do we need help with:
- A creative and snazzy company name.
- A short and memorable domain that goes along with the company name.
- Please validate the domain is available for registration. This is a sealed project to ensure others do not take advantage of your entry/idea.
- A .com would be a big plus, but we realize short/easy .com's are difficult to come up with these days. There are lots of other tld's out there that might work to our benefit though.
- To release funds, we will need to be able to register the domain that accompanies the business name.

    Contest Holder,

If you see anything you like among the submitted entries, then please remember to select a winner when the submission deadline expires (or before). Typically, when contests have a duration in excess of a week, the contest holders tend to forget about their contest posts.

Since picture images are the only file types supported, you may have to cycle through more than one image for a single entry. For example, if an entry submission was 2 pages long, then you’d have to cycle through 2 images.

If this is your first contest post, then kindly see the links below.

If possible, could you only reject entries if they have nothing whatsoever to do with the task at hand?

Rating a submission as a 1-star entry would carry the same effect.

I dont think we would be interested in what some would call a premium domain that would cost us thousands of dollars. We would probably entertain an option that was perhaps $200 or less but otherwise would prefer a domain that has never been registered.
