We need a poster to be made, containing steps to cure arthritis naturally along with the heading and other description. Please use good and free pics related to arthritis from the net, attaching some related to every point.
Also need the Wellcure logo, website - www.wellcure.com and the app download logos of playstore and app store. Attaching a sample poster with relevant files.
Please make it in a way that people share the poster with others on social media and put it on their desks, rooms or kitchen. (to be able to read them everyday)

AVOID ARTHRITIS

Eating Wrong
- Food heavy in sugar, oil, causes weight gain. This puts high load on the joints.
- Non-veg and dairy products causes inflammation very quickly.
- Cooked grains are low in natural water, causing dehydration leading to aches and joint pain.

Healing arthritis the natural way
- Potato juice therapy - Cut thin slices of potato with skin on, place it overnight in a glass filled with cold water, drink this water empty stomach in the morning.
- Lime helps in dissolving uric acid which is the primary cause of arthritis.
- Have a teaspoonful of powdered fenugreek seeds in warm water.
- Take a pinch of turmeric with black pepper in water with breakfast .
- Take a teaspoon of Honey with a pinch of cinnamon powder in warm water before sleeping.
- Have plenty of fruits, enzymes in pineapple juice have been reported to reduce swelling and inflammation.
- Increase intake of salads or vegetable juice as they are alkaline. Alkaline raw juices help in dissolving the deposit accumulation around the joints.
