Contest Brief

We are looking for a freelancer that will help us to create a poster and business card for a property business. It would be great if you already have experience creating similar projects (property business) We have a very clear idea for the business card (see image below) we would like a white background, grey writing, pink symbols and our logo on the right hand corner (logo also below). the other side of the logo should be pink background white north point logo (we will send this to the confirmed freelancer)

Our poster should be along the lines of 'GUARANTEED RENT, do you have a 3/4 bed property?
• We pay you a Guaranteed Rent every month
• We will refurb your property at our expense (if necessary)
• We charge no fees whatsoever; we make our money from the tenants rent
• We employ the services of a regular cleaner and gardener, to maintain the property to a high standard
• We are happy to take care of small repairs and maintenance on the property
• We pay for all utilities, including the council tax
• The property is fully managed by our experienced professional team, at no cost to you.
• We take full ownership of voids, late payments, tenant disputes, small maintenance etc.
• You can enjoy the hands-off capital appreciation of the property.'
