Contest Brief

Hi,
I would like this certificate to be more professional looking and possibly the outside blue made different. Also the watermark to be improved but the similar design. The wording needs to be able to be edited to enable printing of different courses. Sorry but I just noticed my attached file never loaded up previously.

I'm very impressed with the work and just need a second opinion from a friend who is away for a couple of days. Sadly some entries have withdrawn
