Good day.
I would like to enhance the attached photo and need a graphic designer to assist me. The attached image is a photo of a billboard on a busy street. I would like the graphics to draw emphasis on the billboard but also to clean up any untidy features on the road. eg dirty road, grass growing in the paving. etc. I like the idea of adding speed through colourful "Light trail" effects on the road, using photoshop.

Thank you Ahmed. I have already cropped the image because I would like to keep some of the cars. this shows its a busy road, meaning the billboard has an audience. people see it.
