Contest Brief

Im looking for someone to create a personal logo for me. I will be using them on customized clothes and build projects that will be vlogged. The logo needs to be legible from a distance as well as looking good on a Shirt.

I have a pretty unique name and would like to have the logo containing both my last name (Mobius), as well as having an icon accompanying it. I will mostly be using the Iconography. *** (UPDATE PLEASE READ) *** Although I do still want my name to accompany the logo, I want far more importance put on the iconography rather than the name. The name is secondary. If you can convey the name via the logo its self, do so and drop the name entirely.

It needs to look good in black and white and be a single solid color. No shading. I do not want a monogram. I do not want any mascots. I want a flat image, nothing 3d, no gradients.

The feeling I'm wanting from this is akin to an emblem, or something you could see on a signet ring. Something that reads like a mix of magic and technology.

This is more or less a test for a set of future logos. About 5 in total that all need to share a style. With the number of designers on this site, I figured this would be an interesting way to find someone who could do what I’m looking for. I want to see what your style is while following the requirements here. I wish I could add more to this, but I simply can’t get the idea into words. I will add a few images for some inspiration for the type of look im thinking.

UPDATE PLEASE READ

Since it seemed like designers were having a bit of trouble understanding what I was looking for, I had a few examples made up to get you started. Use these as inspiration for what I'm looking for. These examples lean towards more of the "magic" side of things so please take these and iterate them to have more of a technological feel.
