Fluid:
Fluid was born in response to a challenge from an industry that has not changed for decades: auto mechanics. The challenge is to give this industry the confidence it deserves by facilitating the connection between motor vehicle owners and good mechanics. Fluid offers a platform that gives drivers more control by giving them access to the most competitive prices on the market and connecting them with the most skilled mechanics in the industry.
Important point to put forward on the homepage:
- Make the customer understand the ease with which he can order a service with Fluid with the site and soon a mobile application.
- A button to allow the mechanic to register as a mechanic (a little to the uber to become a driver)
- A classic and refined professional and simple design.
Vision
While ensuring proper maintenance and a safe vehicle for the road, Fluid allows its customers to not waste time unnecessarily in the garage by sending them a certified mechanic when and where it is needed.
Mission
Fluid's mission is to democratize the automobile mechanics industry by restoring control to the customer by becoming the reference for car maintenance and repair services at home or at the office.
Audience
Our long-term target audience is anyone with a vehicle or who is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the vehicle.
Our target audience is young professionals and young families (17-34 years old) who own a vehicle and live in the greater Montreal area with access to a garage entrance or parking (indoor or outdoor) at work.
