Contest Brief

Hello, I own a land of 30x50 attached the exact dimensions in the site plan. I need a modern looking little futuristic plan, i don't want regular commonly used plan. I need 2 story plan, ground floor with living room, kitchen and dining with a small bedroom in first floor with 2 bedrooms and a balcony. After this plan i will need exterior elevation as the next project.
