  And note, if an image is similar to something it still doesn't mean that it has been copied. Please, take this fact into consideration. To find out, whether the image is copied or not, requires making a more thorough analysis. Therefore, be careful in what you're doing for.

  Hello, everybody) Now i'm addressing to all who decided to report someone's entry. Before reporting entries, please, please, firstly, check its originality yourself, by means of one of ways below. Here is basic instruction how to check if an entry is original. There are some ways for checking it, but firstly, you'll have to make a screenshot of what you're gonna search for. Why screenshots? Because most of all image search engines can't reach images by direct links. This happens with private and sealed contests. Note, an image you search for, should be on a plain background, not a mockup because mockups can't be recognized properly, any 3D-effects resist it.
  
  1) Use image search engines such as https://www.tineye.com, note, TinEye find exact and altered copies of images;
  
  2) Try to search in https://www.shutterstock.com with an image instead of text to discover similar images or to find exactly copies;
  
  3) Try to search by Google, putting an image instead of text;

  Attention to the Contest Holder, Freelancer Authority and fellow mate:
  The contest holder was seeking a name with logo for an energy company. He mentioned; ".. I am planning to start a solar energy company however I am currently struggling to find a name and logo. I'm looking for something catchy, use words like; Qatar, solar, clean energy or come up with something of your own".
  As per requirement and her expectation I proposed a name "Solar Qatar Clean Energy" with a text-based logo "SOLQ' ('SOL' for 'Solar' and 'Q' for Qatar). No other company is exist with this same name. After reviewing 556 entries, Contest Holder has chosen my proposed name and logo.
  However, some of my fellow mates are arguing; this is copied, SOLQ.com domain is not available. Even someone criticize to my beloved county Bangladesh; ‘bangladesihi copy designer’, ‘bangladeshi old problem’ to my winning entry. It is unfair, I urge those, if someone commented like this to you, how will you feeling?

  You’ve right to post criticism but this should be enriched with Evidence/Ground and also code of conduct. Here we are all friend and just competitor not foe.
  I respect all the constructive criticism about my entry. Please be specific, if you’ve any proof that 'Solar Qatar Clean Energy' name is an existing company, please let me know.
  In the contest brief, there is no requirement that .com domain for proposed name should be available, though contest holder can get domain name for 'Solar Qatar' in .com domain or SOLQ in other extension easily.
  I’ve been working at Freelancer.com since 2012 and already worked with a couple hundred of clients. In my profile, you can see 221 reviews, provided by my previous clients'.
  However, I’d like to draw kind attention to the Contest Holder and Freelancer Support team to look into the matter.
  Finally my request to the fellow mates, please avoid attacking anyone personally or their country.

  No trademark and even no domain available for this name. Even you can't incorporate word 'Qatar' against to Qatar trademark infringement. Logo is too generic and doesn't make sense for the targeted audience. :D

  Goodnight, Hessa) Note, you can easily extend the contest for more options. In the description you said "Im looking for something catchy,
  use words like: Qatar, solar, clean energy or come up with something of your own." and i thought that you already passed combination "Solar Qatar" for the logo name because it's obvious and the first that could arise in minds. That's why i've been holding back from using that name but eventually i see a winning design with that name. The winner is lucky. Thank for your attention in advance
