I'm looking for someone who can design for me - in 3D Floor plan style - a concept 'Lifestyle Facility' which is essentially a single, large form building housing
1. Gym
2. Creche
3. Beauty Salon
4. Cafe
5. Large kitchen space
(for food preparation and sale through the cafe and home delivery)

The idea is that this is the sort of place you'll come to and get it all done... drop kids off to creche, go your gym session, pop down stairs for beauty treatment, grab a bite of lunch before collecting the kids and place your home delivery order for healthy foods for the week...

This contest is simply an application step. I'm asking candidates to share with me samples of work they have done in the past. Good quality work and experience in similar will be rewarded the task. We can discuss needs and cost at this point.

Additional thoughts on the full project outputs ::
Two Floors. circa 15000 sq m. Gym takes up most (if not all) of top floor.
I'm after 3D overview of both floors and then a section by section view.
Heavily detailed and well thought out.

Just for clarity. I'm not expecting anyone to do the job for $10. This is simply a Call for Consideration. If you have experience in 3D Modelling like being requested and even in the shop spaces I've mentioned above please just get in touch. I'd like to look at your portfolio.
