I have an FBX file containing the wheel and tire. I need to edit the dimensions of the wheel and tire for manufacturing and other purposes but I can't use the file because the model is in mesh format instead of 3D solid and the online converters are not working for me. So I need you to manually create the 3d solid using the fbx file so that the model has same dimensions like in the fbx. I need editable source file and 3d solid step file.

Note: Online conversions are not allowed! You will need to show that the model created is in 3d solid with your entry.
