Make this photo as beautiful as possible

Contest Brief

This will be a product photo for amazon (IMG_5738).
We want the surface of the candles to look very smooth and nice. Please retouche the ugly white spots. Also remove background and make white.
Additionally, maybe you can photoshop the wood sticks to look more sorted (same distance between each stick, same wood finsih). You can maybe copy and replicate with 3d transform one of the good looking wood sticks.
Maybe add slight outline shadow.
The photo should definatly be better than the photo of our competition (see attached competition.JPG).
