  It is true that there are many entries but over 70% were kind of company logos with the company name "think tank" on it!! (and THAT's NOT what we need)

  I like some of the ideas, but I think in this case has to be something a bit "abstract": world, maybe a step, staircase, loop, something "double" (to represent second age).

  Again, please not that "think tank" is not a company name, it is just a form of cooperation, such as "team", "discussion group", etc....so it should not appear in the logo!!

     The logo has to inspire something related to ageing, to managing talent in organizations. we are trying to look for alterantives to those people who are between 50 and 70 years old, and are usually not so much well considered in companies, or even sent out to pre-retirement. We want to emphasize that those people are still very talented for companies.
