I am looking for a modern logo to represent my real estate website. I would like it to be eye-catching and memorable. Here are the specifics:

Logo is for my real estate company: DIY Realty
Notes: this is for a residential real estate company; not commercial
DO NOT USE CLIP ART
We do not rehab house, so no tools in the logo
Style: Modern
Color: I have specific colors in mind (text black; accent icon: #0283ce)
Elements: Icon (in addition to the company name)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
