Hello (ONLY JOIN CONTEST WITH .PNG FILES please.)

I´m the co-owner of a Swedish company named Halén IT.
we are a newly started company and will very soon make our website public but we need an awesome logo first.

About our company:
The company is selling a unique cms to the costumers that makes it possible for them to create there own websites in an easy way without needing to hire programmers and designers, we also work with personal coding and website security.

Requirements for the logo:
-Need to look good and clean on both white and dark background.
-No copy from other logos.
-some unic icon/colour of font that make people thing about the company as soon as the see it without
beeing needed to see the whole icon to think about the company. For example the colours on google or facebooks F.
-300x138 pixels or bigger,but need to look good smaller to so that it can work as a favicon on the site.
-we prefer the logo to be done in illustrator for vector design but its totally ok if u wanna use psd or something else.
-If we select your design as the winning design we need the logo in .ai or .psd file if we would like to change something
on the logo in the future.
