Contest Brief

We are seeking a logo for an apartment community we recently purchased.

Because the property features a nice pool that no other property in the area has, we called it Las Palmas. Even though the property is not new, we want to attract a demographic that enjoys living in a quiet neighborhood.

This professionally managed 96-unit property, Las Palmas Apartments offers some unique features. The property features spaciousness 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floorplans and include feature on-site washer and dryer and balconies. Las Palmas also has upgraded options to accommodate almost any lifestyle.

The logo needs to be horizontal as we will mount a sign on the corner of the building.
