What is “Quartier an der alten Gärtnerei”?
A real estate development undertaken by 3H Invest (a family owned Real Estate Developer), that is located in Rotenburg a.d. Fulda, Germany, in the area of an old church convent. Translation of the name is ‘quarter at the old garden center’ whereby "an der alten Gartnerei" is the indication for the location.
It is intended to be a micro community, where buildings share a common public space. The development consists of a day care centre for elderly people, a kindergarden, an outpatient care facility and 2 apartments buildings that are specifically designed and customised to the needs of the community of elderly people.
It is a place where young generation make first education steps (as kindergardens give a space for play and discovery) and elderly people receive required care and support on a daily basis.
The community is designed to bring young and elderly people together, supporting the idea of social space. It’s a perfect place where generations live together to share experiences & memories, support & educate each other. It’s a happy place everyone calls home.

ARCHITECTURE / DESIGN OF THE SPACE
The style of the architecture and design is modern, with modern light that fills living spaces. The living spaces are barrier free, as it is designed for elderly people and people with physical limitations, allowing them to move around on the wheel chair and etc.

REQUIREMENTS
We need to develop a brand identity, that represents a light, social, kind living space for young and elderly people. It has to give a feeling of home & welcoming community. Hence should colours should be light.

The deliverables are:
- Logo
- Colour Palette
- Testing on the façade of the attached design drawing
- Presentation Template in ppt
- Everything should be in open files once the project is approved.

DEADLINE
April 14

The Contest is sealed as we want everyone to present their ideas. Once we have received a submission will try and respond to it quickly to provide feedback and if rerquired ideas for improvment that will increase the chance of winning this contest.
