Contest Brief

Our Company is called Fair and Noble.
We want to provide the worldwide least expensive fairtrade suits and shirts for men. The suits are made-to-measure (that means our clients can send us their body measurements and the suit will then perfectly fit to their body). The suits can be ordered online. The suits are out of 100% wool and have a decent quality.

Fair stands for fair price and fairtrade. Noble stands for noble quality and noble values.

The logo should consist of two parts: Firstly, the words "Fair and Noble" or "Fair & Noble". Secondly, a symbol/pictogram/image that is recognizable.

Your draft should fulfill two requirements: Firstly, it should look very noble (proud/elegant/fashionable/...) and suggest that we provide high quality suits (which we do). Secondly, it should reflect our ethical mission (=our dedication to fairtrade).

Please keep in mind that we want to sew (part of) our logo on our shirts, just like Marc O'Polo or Lacoste.

We need our logos especially (but not only) for the following things:
- put it on our website, business card, etc...
- sew it into our suits and onto our shirts

If you have experience in designing a Corporate Identity (even if you don't win the competition), we would like to work with you in the future.

Thank you for all your contributions. They all look great, but they are not exactly what I'm looking for. The logo should immediately remind the consumer of high quality and fairness. A sewing machine is not related to good quality (even though your design, Mohamed, looks extremely professional). Also, the writing should not be to spacey. Otherwise people think Fair and Noble is an IT company.
