Contest Brief

I have a tanning salon in West London and am looking for a new logo. We provide a variety of treatments including sunbeds, spray-tanning, hair extensions, event make-up, nail art, & a small selection of traditional beauty treatments.

The theme behind the treatments is prep for events such as holidays, parties, clubbing, festivals, etc...

Although many of the current beauty treatments are aimed at women, a large percentage of the tanning customers are men. It is important that the brand is unisex and there are plans to aim future treatments at men as well as women.

The reason for the re-branding is that the salon has recently been bought out of a solely tanning-focussed franchise brand. There is a deadline for removing the current signage so time is of the essence.

The new business will be called Urban Beauty.

I have included a recent photo of the salon.

The logo needs to be a shop sign as well so it can't just be initials.
