Can you please add a super hero cape to the image I have provided in black and the wording "The Canberra Counts" or maybe "The CC's"

I am trying to make this more simple. sorry for the changes, however I think I have helped to make this less work then it needs to be.

if by chance someone could put a Dracula head of the logo, even better ;)
