Contest Brief

Our event is an annual Managers' Conference with our top 200 managers from all around the world. They come together to discuss the company’s strategy, present the success/figures of the past year, get inspired by external speakers, have team building activities and time to bond.

This year's conference motto is FASTER. HIGHER. STRONGER, which is also the Olympic motto. The logo should represent the motto. As the red thread, we use the sports analogy throughout the whole conference, including maybe an Olympic sports speaker. We will have 5 content blocks (growth, digital, sustainability, execution, people).

The logo has to:
- represent the conference motto
-fit the company guidelines, using the colors (incl. highlight colors as well) and fonts
-Be practical (keep it simple)
- it is important we write HIGHER. FASTER. STRONGER. with a larger font while we should have "Barry Callebaut Managers' Conference 2018" a bit smaller font next to it or underneath. All the words including Barry Callebaut are needed.
- we can not use the Olympic logo, as it is protected, but the conference logo has to play with the sports analogy

The logo will be used in emails, letterheads, name tags, website and conference app, stage design, banners, promo material

Ideas could be, but not limited:
- symbol of medals
- torches
- winners podium
- Laurel wreath
- flags
