Need a book covered designed for the fantasy novel
Title: Unremembered Loss
Written by: Douglas G. Clarke
Published by" A Good Tale.

Cover:
For a 6" by 9" hardcover book. The front image should be 7" by 10" designed to be cropped down. 2” spin. 7” by 10” back. One continuous image.

Photoshop file with at least layers for image, title and author.

A young woman, 35 years old, with long brown hair is walking into the woods. She is wearing a calf-length dress and cloak, the hood of the cloak laying down her back, and boots. Her hair is wild, standing up from static electricity, one long braid whips behind her.

The goal is to capture the last paragraph of this scene:

Hector’s Journal
Tom and the others tried to shush her, but Annay ignored them and started to walk back toward the turpis camp, the sparks now leaping between her hands and legs as she moved.

“God!” she yelled. “Why did you let them kill my father? My mother? My sister? My brother? My friends?” Tears streamed down her face, and the lightning arced from her to the nearby trees, igniting them. “Why do I have to do what you should have done?”

I looked around and saw that the others were frozen with shock just as I was. None of us had ever seen Annay like this. None of us had any idea what she was talking about. As the first trees burst into flames, we all knew that this was not good, but what could we do? We started following her, afraid that if we tried to stop her, we might fall victim to the same fate as the trees that she came to close to.

Finally I called after her, “Annay, stop! This is not what God wants. We need to get back to town.” But my calls had no effect on Annay. She walked steadily back toward the turpis camp. It wasn’t long before the first turpis came running, having heard the shouts and having seen the burning trees. The first two turpes to crash out of the underbrush and see Annay never knew what happened to them. “Go to hell, you beasts!” she yelled and clenched her eyes tightly together.

Annay’s Journal
In my mind I watched the spear coming out of my father’s chest. I threw a bolt of lightning at the turpis who held the spear. It hit him in the chest. The turpis lit up like a bonfire, and then the bolt of lightning leapt to a second turpis. As that one burst into flame, the lightning jumped to two nearby trees, splintering their trunks and igniting them.

As I looked around, all I saw was red. I saw the trees, full ablaze, falling to the ground, one on either side of me. I saw the two turpes lying on the ground, their bodies burning. I looked up into the night sky and saw the red reflection of the fire on the tree branches above me. I looked forward and started walking again.

Tree type is not specified. Tall with branches that can reflect the firelight.
Sky can be clear with some starts or could have some clouds reflecting the firelight.
Colors: blacks and dark greens. Brilliant and reflected reds of the fires. Blues of the lightning.
Annay's clothing color not specified.
The title and author should be prominent but not distracting from the image.
The image must be clear when shrunk to Amazon thumbnail size.

Back cover and spine will be a continuation of the dark forest (no fire) and night sky (perhaps some firelight reflection off clouds if present). Perhaps a few of the monsters in coming through the trees.

Monsters:
I could see turpes’ naked bodies, barely covered with short black hair—I don’t understand how God could have created something so hideous. I was trying to figure out what they remind me of, but nothing really fit. Maybe the elongated face of a wolf, but their heads are wider and rounder like a great cat. Their bodies are like men’s, but shorter and more muscular, and the hair on their heads is matted and long.
