Contest Brief

Looking for professionals only Interior Home design planner,

Home dimensions

Length: 28.83 ft or 346.5 inches
Wide: 23.16ft or 278.5 inches

Respect the windows, staircase and doors position.

Need modern home design for 1st floor and basement.

1st floor requirements:
-Kitchen with space for kitchen island
-Dinning room for 6 to 8 person
-Bathroom Toilet and sink only room (no bath or shower)
-Living room
-Space for closet in entrance

Basement requirements: electric panel wont move and water tank
-Working Office
-Master bedroom (large) with walking closet
-Master bathroom connecting with master bedroom with sliding doors(space for washer and dryer)
-When opening the sliding doors, need to have the view on glass shower
-Place for furnace (minimum 4ft x 8ft)
