Hello Everybody,

I need help to draw a floor plan. It is a house. The land size is attached. i have attached the exact type of living room dining and kitchen i would like.

The plot size is 409 m2. Please find attached the details about it.

I am expecting 2 storey buildings (ground floor and one additional floor) No basement.

Below are the details:
Ground floor
- A small living room for unwanted guest not far from the main entrance, with a powder room not far from it. I am trying to avoid those guests to see too much of the house already.
- A guest room with bathroom included
- A garage for 2 cars, large or deep ( 5 meters at least from the fences)
- A main living room, dining and open Kitchen with view on the pool
- A stairs located in the main living room (a little bit hidden from living room guests)
- A gym if possible downstairs or upstairs
- A pool with a deck; view of the pool from the living room, dining and kitchen.
- A garden on the side that will join the garden and the pool
- A maid bedroom with bathroom with small kitchen for the Maid not far from it.
- A laundry room
- A small storage room

Upstairs
- 1 master bedroom with bathroom and big dressing room
- 2 kids room with little dressing room and bathroom
- 1 family room (either opened at the end of the stairs or closed)
- 1 office
- 1 gym if it is not downstairs

it is important that the living room dining and kitchen has a big view on the pool and garden

UPDATE

i would like to clarify few things due to misunderstandings
- The guest living room can be a lanai or a porch. ( it is just a place to receive guest without allowing them inside the house
- the guest bedroom can be upstairs or downstairs same for gym
- There should be a 3 meters at least garden on the side of the house to connect to the pool at the back
- the powder room is right at the entrance of the house (in gallery or foyer)
- Distance between Fences and garage or entry is 5 meters at least

I HAVE UPLOADED A FLOORPLAN WHICH SHOWS HOW I WISH IT TO BE. Please use it and adapt it to the dimension of the plot with 2 cars. You can only change the areas number 1, 14, 15,16,17. I hope this helps. After that you can add the upstairs

Hi,

Hope you are fine. I want to ask that do you need 2D layout map or 3D videos or the area. Because without 2D layout it is hard to perfectly imagine entire layout. and it will be not accurate.
