Contest Brief

A layout of a house with 12 bedrooms(preferably with en-suite and kitchenette), couple of shared bathrooms and couple of shared kitchen/diners needs to be designed. Current layout is attached in .dwg format.

Preferably each bedroom will have its own kitchenette and an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms need to be double/twin rooms. Bedroom sizes should be at least 13m2 for a bedroom only plus 3m2 for built in kitchenete and +2m2 for en-suite bathroom. So, for a bedroom with both a kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom 18m2 should be allocated. This sizes are required by law, so we cant compromise on it.

All the rooms that dont have a kitchenette built in and an en-suite will have to use a shared communal kitchen and a shared bathroom.

Winner will be chosen as soon as an acceptable plan is received. Only floor plan is required, nothing else.
