  Bro, The height for entry here is only four feet or five feet due to the landing of the stairs. It will be difficult for a person to travel here. Please explain to me a little bit about your drawing. How will people travel through here?

     clear hight is obtained bro. plinth level is + 3feet. 3 feet + 5'6 " = 8'6" clear hight.. think critically bro..
