Contest Brief

We need a logo design for a product development and supply chain company based in Hong Kong.

The company name is WE GLOBE. We provide B2B services for merchandise creative, product design, outsourced manufacturing and production management, logistics and supply chain services. We focused on baby and kids’ soft-line and hard-line products.

This is NOT a consumer-facing logo. Our clients are large retailers and brand owners who need services for product development and production.

Specific requirements for the logo design:

- This logo MUST have the element of the Chinese character 睿. This is part of our Chinese company name. It means wise and farsighted. You can find more explanation of this character at https://dictionary.writtenchinese.com/worddetail/rui/22281/1/1 .

- You can Google Image search this character 睿 and see many illustrations of how it looks.

- The Chinese character 睿 must be re-formatted to be in round shape (circle shape or oval shape), like a seal but WITHOUT a complete frame. See Reference 1 &amp; 2 for an example of reformating a Chinese character to round shape without a complete outside frame.

- The English text part of the logo is simply WE GLOBE. The font chosen for this text should not have sharp edge.

- Background color is preferably Light Cream. Logo color preferably gold.

If it was to use the CHINESE symbol as it really is, it should not have asked for reformulation or even posted different examples of the winner. We were led to a totally different concept line from the request.

  Agree with you. when the first time i view that winner's logo, I thought it is trading industry logo. It does not relate with baby and kids’ soft-line and hard-line products totally.

Hello, CH. Why did you give instructions? In the winning entry this Chinese character was just typed by standard font, not drawn. Where is your logic? It seems you've just fooled us.
