Contest Brief
I am having major issues with getting my clients homepage header to change background colors and menu colors permanently. The website views correctly when viewing the published site on the computer, but for mobile it still shows up black which conflicts with the logo. When I hit publish in the Theme Customization to change the header background color and the menu font and background color, it shows it's changed after saving but then goes back to black after refreshing. I've disabled the plugins and cleared the cache, but nothing seems to work. I need someone who is an expert at troubleshooting within Wordpress, Divi themes, and Bluehost.
Job:
1.I would like the header background to be white so that the black logo shows.
2. I would like the menu background to be white and the font to be black.
This is tricky because the website views correctly on the computer after getting out of Theme Customization, but for mobile it still shows up black. I need a developer who is experienced with PHP and CCS to figure this out. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the latest Wordpress update.
Attached are the instructions from Elegant Themes. I have confirmed with my server Bluehost that I do have a PHP of 7. They were unable to help me figure out the rest of the settings however. I've attached the suggestion from the open ticket.
Please be able to explain in your proposal how you will go about resolving this issue.
Thank you!
