Contest Brief

Hi,

For our new brand we need a cool, modern, cosy „warm“ office room.
The office room has to be quite spacious, with modern and minimalistic furniture (wood and glasses too) but still seems cosy, like a modern loft.

Please use a parquet as a floor (texture and colors at your own taste, but please nothing too dark - See pic „Wall and Corridor Example“ and „Office Furniture Example“), then two complete white walls (pic "Room Example", a real brick wall (Like the pic „Brick wall and Furniture example“ - can also be a lighter color) with two big windows (like in this pic “Office Lights and windows Furniture“) and one wall complete with glass and a glass door (like in „Wall and Corridor Example“) with a corridor behind it and other glass walls/door, in order to give the office feeling.
Regarding the ceiling please make Something like a modern warehouse wood ceiling, with beams (to the floor maybe as well) and some frame in iron texture (like this pic „Ceiling Example“).
Regarding the furniture, you are quite free. It must contain a desk with apple computers, lamps and other office stuff on it, then a couch next to a wall would be nice and some plants are also very important (they can be on the floor on the wall or from the ceiling too, like the pics „Plant example“ and „Plant accessories axample“). Then just organize the office space with other furniture as you like. Please use some minimalistic/modern design who can make the room cosy. See some example in the pictures.

It is allowed to use royalty-free 3d models but only with sources.

Required handovers are: A 3ds-max file containing all assets, all used textures,
materials and lighting. The whole project should be renderable within 3ds-max with Vray. And a set of render images as examples.

For Contest-entrys: for preview purposes still images of an sector are sufficient. But we recommend uploading a 360°-view on https://360player.io/

  Hi, the office room is for the boss/manager, which means a spacious room just for one person, with maybe a little table for little meetings (up to you). Regarding the business this is actually not much important. Just be creative following the lines in the description.

How many staffs do you have? How many desks do you need? Do you need private area for supervisor/manager/boss? Also please specify other facilitation you want to include, for instance, pantry, lounge, front office etc. Thank you.
