Designer a "hello my strain name is" sticker

Contest Brief

I would like a sticker design similar to the "hello my name is" sticker, I want something very similar but I want it to say "Hello my strain is" on it. And then maybe 3 tick boxes somewhere saying Sativa, Indica, Hybrid...and any other ideas you may have...

I've included an example of what I like, but I want this to be for cannabis. The logos provided would be great if they were used. They can be split up and used, however. I would like 8 stickers to fit on an A4 sheet. (Or 3x3) rather than 2x4

    Just edited what I want to be written to "Hello my strain is"

    Also it should have room for people to write. So the tick boxes may need to be smaller.
