Contest Brief

Design simple traffic sign with existing logo. The sign size would be 48" wide x 36" tall or 36" wide by 48" tall.
I would like the attached logo incorporated with the sign but without the word "Ridge" so it would just say Spring Tree and the logo and all lettering should be one color.

The sign should read as follows:

For Residents and Guests
No Outlet
