Contest Brief
Hi,
I would like to design the motivation picture with content as follow:
"Use people like carpentry"
Ideally: before using Carpentry, Carpenter needs to plan very detail, such as: design, what kind of wood, what end product look like ... So as Company owner, you have to design job description, training them before you can use them.
I hope you can make it as picture showing this idea.

1. Interview of 2 people with accepted proposal
2. Thiking box showing like carpentry (careful plan before using)
3. Using catoon rather than real people
