Will need 2D/3D mockups for Mac, Flat Screen TV, ipad, iphone, ebook, audio book, Spiral binder, DVD set, funnel landing page.

My logo is below which should be used for the design. I've also attached samples of what i am looking for. Please look at screenshot.png file attached. That is what I'm looking for. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A LOGO! DONT DESIGN AND SUBMIT LOGOS.
