Design me a Banner/Logo for an Archery Competition

Contest Brief

I would please like to have a Banner/Logo design, for an upcomming archery event that my team will organise.

The archery competition will be international, so i would please like to choose a really good / professional work.

Some general directions:

1) I would like the banner to follow the dynamic/power style of the "Banner_Black.jpeg" and "Banner_White.jpeg".

2) I would like it to have it on Black and White font.

3) The main idea is that we should use the head of this specific bear-illustration (bear.jpeg), as the main symbol.

4) I would like to have the exact text as been shown in the "Banner_Black.jpeg" and "Banner_White.jpeg", and been provided in the "text.txt" file.

5) I am open to suggestions.

6) Maybe an archery target could be used as a symbol, whithin the Logo.
