We want to modernise the look of our website listings:

4. detailed property listing
5. sold property listings

6. homepage news listings
7. news page listings (news page collage)

8. contact us form
9. sign up banner

The design need to be:
• Modern
• Clean
• Approachable
• Dynamic
• Easy going
• Fun
• Not cluttered

The listings need to be:
1. Get message across instantly
2. Easy to use/ navigate
3. Call to action

Our listings on our website are colour coded based on category:
Liverpool listing = green
Manchester listing = pink
Student listing = yellow
All others = blue
