Contest Brief

Hi, i need a more professional Logo Design. The Company name is "Willer Marketing" and the basics of the logo should stay like in my example below. I also want to keep the arrow symbol at the place where it is. I am just looking for a more clean and professional look because now it just looks like a simple text. A little bit of clean 3d effect or sth. would be nice so it looks more like a real logo. I need it as isolated png. so i can insert it in different backgrounds. I think the colours black and blue/dark blue are a good match for this.
