Description:Please review full description list in "Home Page Documentation" attached.

You're only re-designing our homepage (including logo/banner) and making everything flow with a nice blue/green/gray color scheme (seen in attached doc). You do not have to use the same exact color code, it's just a pallet we happen to like the one in the document a lot.

Be creative, feel free to change some things around.

* If you win this contest on homepage design, we will be hiring you again for ALL other pages.
** If you're familiar with Elementor, Monstroid2 theme, Wordpress, search pages, result pages, property data, etc - Then we can hire you to also do development work.

This is not a one time thing, we're looking for a very talented designer to take on all of our companies tasks in the future. Other page mock-ups, brochure designs, marketing designs, etc.

    It has come to my attention a designer tried to re-design our "live site" url in the word document. The "Developer Site" url is the one we want to enhance and make flow. ALL content is there, just need it to flow better with a nice logo and all. Thank you.

      I see you're also a web developer. Are you familar with Elmentor or the new monstroid2 theme? https://www.templatemonster.com/wordpress-themes/monstroid2.html

      If the design is solid, we're then going to need someone to implement it using elementor.
