can incorporate other colours as appropriate but i need to replace an existing logo which has those colours in it.

Some sort of house as a stand alone logo and then the words Cosi Home Loans somewhere. Ive attached the old logo and parameters, which is what i am replacing. * THIS IS THE OLD LOGO PLEASE DONT COPY IT, I HAVE JUST SUPPLIED TO SHOW YOU WHAT I AM REPLACING

If it was a stylised CHL that might work as well instead of a house.
