Contest Brief

I am looking to have a boutique website designed. I am wanting to have this website almost have a comic book fill to it. The color should be bright and pop and there should be no white space left on the web page when it's finished. The fonts should grab your eye and seems almost cartoony and fun.

And here is the hard part I am wanting to brand my company with a symbolic mascot. - More info in the attached file below

The website mockup will contain 5 area's (This can be a one-page site obviously or you can divide these areas into multiple pages if that is more of your design style)

And pricing

Now the thing with this site is I would like to have a mascot/character designed for the logo and have him displayed in every section of the site or every page. For an example in the pricing area show him throwing dollars from the side to give it a nice flow than for the example area show him with his jaw dropping to the ground from the other side like he is in shock on how good the examples look
