We have worked on two most appealing designs. @38 and #53. The draft is attached.

We need you to continue working on it implementing the given structure and keep in mind the following points.

Our audience is more of the luxury class. Think customers of Mercedes vs honda. The look should be more serious, and professional.
We need to make sure that CTA are pop up.

And the information about our packages is attached as well.

We need to redesign our website to look more slick, minimalistic, and professional. The one where a website visitor can clearly develop a feeling of trust in our expertise. We need to keep our logo as is.

    Thanks for sharing your requirements. I have a small query. Is it a wireframe or a mockup? A wireframe has no color and images. But a mockup has color and images.
