I need a very professional corporate logo for our software and website development company "Debmedia". The Logo should be using only "D", or "d". Here is some example I may suggest:

NOTE:
1) Logo should looks good for both dark and light backgrounds.

2) Must be unique as we will trademark it. So no copy paste.

3) Must provide psd and ai files who will win.

4) The logo should use the icon at left and the text "Debmedia" at its right. It also must looks good if we put the icon at the top and text at the bottom.

5) It must be very simple to draw, but looks really professional.
