Contest Brief

Both required in Cad and PDF (for presentation to client) with our company details.
Product: rubber cover plate with metal insert.
Usage: parking areas. These are bolted on one side instaleed over gaps on buildings allowing vehicle movement.
1. For the attached autocad drawing, i need a cross sectional and 3D drawing. Provision of bolting to be made. 4 bolts every one meter. per piece length is 1.5 Mtrs. This is with Diagonal/grid pattern on top which is to be taken from image that i have attached.
2. Same as above BUT with straight lines along length (same position of lines as indicated in the autocad drawing attached)
3. Modification of above design with curve on top instead of flat profile. some playing with dimensions might be required so that there is sufficient rubber at the edge of the plate so that the rubber does not tear over a period of time. Steel thcikness cannot be reduced. With straight lines similar to point 2. Provision of bolting to be made. 4 bolts every one meter. per piece length is 1.5 Mtrs.

I also will need a side by side 3D look comparison of how it would look in actual usage using all 3 designs.
