I need a 30-second (Exactly) ad created for a $9 botox special that a med spa is running. The supplied QR code, phone number, and URL must be visible throughout the video. The video will need a 3-4 second end card that shows the logo, address, phone number, URL, and QR code.

Business Name: Aesthetic Medicine Lake Oswego

Direction - The following is a guide to provide more direction than previously. I would prefer the use of a single model for the stock footage to tell the story if possible.

Scene 1 (3-4 seconds):
Footage: Woman examining her facial wrinkles in mirror, or looking sad/depressed.

Scene 2 (5-6 seconds):
Stock Footage: Woman's on computer, tablet or mobile phone setting appointment. (Screen does not need to be sceen but bonus points for using website video to replace greenscreen)

Scene 3 (8-10 seconds):
Stock Footage: Close-up of a smiling woman's face after getting a beauty treatment performing daily activities by self or with friends. The person can be walking, beach, party, at work, eating or other normal daily activity.
Director’s Notes: Show the limited time offer and make sure to include the website and phone number for easy access.

Scene 4 (5-6 seconds):
Footage: Before and after Botox examples. (See attached photos)

End Card (4-5 seconds):
Aesthetic Medicine Lake Oswego logo on a solid white background with the website 9botox.com, QR code and phone number 503-974-0295 displayed.
Director’s Notes: End the commercial with the logo and contact information to leave a lasting impression.
