I want to get some help making a round patch, the design most be easy to print as a sticker and pvc patch

in the middle I want the car from the attached picture to be in the middle. not just copy paste the photo but to make it like a cartoon. but its must look like the car

above the car I want the text I SUPPORT and under the car in the patch I want the text THE HOUND
