I need a logo for...The Uncommon Brand. The tagline...Be A Brand In Demand

1) I attached what I created...only because the entries so far are very modern/masculine I would like it to be less so.
2) I do like the TUB icon if that can be utilized BUT not overpowering that would be great.

P.S. I will need it with and without the tagline when delivering.
