Contest Brief

I am a builder looking to make a template for a 6-8 page document starting with a front page with my logo & job details, then an introductory page describing my business, personal letter to clients, tender cost breakdown, provisional sums, additional information - proposed construction schedule, exclusions and notes & conditions. Wanting a clean and modern, professional looking format. I have a logo that can be attached at a later date.
