Contest Brief

We are a small but rapidly growing consultancy and recruitment firm specialising in data, analytics and customer marketing (www.cvmpeople.com). We work with big corporate brands such as British Gas and the AA.

We are embarking on our first scale outbound B2B marketing campaign using a combination of emails and letters. These will explain our services to decision makers with the objective of securing inbound requests introductory meeting where we can pitch our fuller service offering face to face.

English speaking freelancers only please. All copywriting in English (UK).

Our requirement is for:

1) letter background graphic (likely supplied as PDF) that can be subsequently printed as a letterhead (separate job) that includes our logo and head office (as per a normal letterhead) plus the design of a tear off coffee voucher (this is our current favourite internal creative idea, shown in attached. We are open to others!). Assets (logo) can be provided.

2) a professionally copy written refresh of the attached letter that can be mail merged with our data and printed on the above letterhead

3) an email design that can act as a precursor to the above letter - likely dispatched by us through Mail Chimp (so must be template compatible) - to the decision makers business or personal email address. Clickable to our website

All the above ideally, but particularly the email, should have the same look and feel as our website www.cvmpeople.com

    Hi CH,

    Great contest! Interested in participating. I just have two questions:

    1/ Do you want the letter/email copy to be completely changed(keeping the tone in tact) or just refined a bit?
    2/ Is it okay if I submit the email template as a MailChimp template itself since that's what you want in the end?
